• If a vouch (review or feedback) is found to be misleading, whether positive or negative:
• We reserve the right to ban the user from the server.
• if you write the wrong product in Vouch we have the right to refuse the Product

§4 Warranty Disclaimer

We are not responsible for products being revoked unless explicitly stated as having a 'warranty.'

§5 Code Acceptance

We do not accept or refund any codes provided to us through tickets.

§6 Server Departure Policy

• If you leave our server, your purchased product will be revoked.
• This applies regardless of whether payment was made or not.

§7 Accusations of Scamming

• Accusing us of scamming will result in an immediate ban.
• The user will lose access to their product.

§8 Anti-Spam Policy

• Any type of spam, including pinging the server team, will result in a ban.
• The user will lose access to their product.

§9 Direct Messaging Policy

• Directly messaging staff regarding support tickets or orders will result in a permanent ban.
• The user will lose access to their purchase.

§10 Scamming Disclaimer

• If we are scammed during a transaction, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

§11 Account Lock Disclaimer

• If our PayPal or Paysafe account is locked, we will not issue refunds or provide products.

§12 Account Security

• After purchasing an account, change the email and password immediately.
• Failure to do so leaves you responsible for any issues that arise.

§13 Product Security

• Secure the purchased product immediately after the transaction.
• If it is lost or revoked, we are not responsible.

§14 Delivery Time

• We do not provide an exact delivery time for any of our products.
• Delivery times may vary.

§15 Vouch Rules

• Anyone who makes a vouch by simply spamming words won't receive a product

Note: Violation of these terms will result in appropriate action, including but not limited to bans, loss of access to products, or removal from the server.
